Service Description
Camille teaches a unique and fun vinyasa flow that links breath to movement, accommodating all skill levels. Her goal is to create a grounding yet inspiring experience for her students. For Camille, yoga is about self-acceptance rather than self-improvement. • Open to all levels. • Mats and blocks provided. Instructor bio: Camille received her 200-hour RYT certification in February from Midtown Athletic Club in Rochester. Since then, she has hosted several pop-up classes in local boutiques, sharing her passion for yoga with the community. Join Camille for a transformative practice that nurtures both body and mind.
