A beginner yoga class is perfect for those who are new to yoga or looking to refresh their practice. In this class, you will learn foundational poses and breathing techniques that are essential to a safe and effective yoga practice. You will be guided through each pose and offered modifications and adjustments to ensure that you are practicing in a way that feels good for your body. • Open to all levels. • Mats and blocks provided. With a passion for holistic health and a dedication to empowering others, Brittany brings a wealth of expertise to our community. As a seasoned yoga instructor, she guides students on a journey of self-discovery and physical vitality, fostering strength, flexibility, and inner balance. Brittany's specialized training as an Executive Functioning, ADHD, and Autism Coach allows her to offer personalized support and strategies for individuals navigating cognitive challenges, empowering them to unlock their full potential and thrive.
